Highlander Deferral

Participants who have entered the Highlander MTB Challenge 2026 can receive a deferral credit to the 2027 event.

Conditions of Deferral 

• An admin free of $35 NZD per participant is payable before the request is processed
• Requests for deferral will be honoured up to 30th of March 2026.
• The deferral may only be used once. Participants who elect to defer their entry forfeit options for future deferral, transfers of the same entry or partial refund.
• Any additional purchases (including but not limited to), merchandise purchase, refund cover, donations or any other fees paid at the time of entry are not transferred through to 2027 date. 
• When entries open for 2027, we will send you an email with a promo code equal to the amount of your deferral credit to enter the 2027 event yourself. It is up to you once entries open to enter the event before it sells out.
