Refund policy

 

The Nduro Shop is the store for event activations and sales of product, owned and operated by Nduro Events. The Nduro Shop abides by the Fair Trading Act and the Consumer Guarantees Act .

To be eligible for an exchange and/or refund you must notify is via email within 15 days of the purchase. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can always contact us for any return question at info@nduro.co.nz.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products purchased at the Nduro Shop are not eligible for a refund if the purchaser has a "change of mind" on their purchase. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at info@nduro.co.nz then follow these steps:

  1. Send the items you wish to exchange back to us at Nduro Events, 52 White Street, Rotorua.
  2. Go to www.shop.nduro.co.nz and make a separate purchase the correct size, we will send you new order to you asap.
  3. We will notify you once we’ve received the original items and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
